Welcome back to the Entrepreneurship Policy Learning Series! We’re excited to continue this learning journey together with you. As a reminder, the first five courses of this series can be taken independently but are designed as a series of progressive courses (meaning they build on each other). This course however might be taken as a stand-alone course. One might even start with this course before completing courses one to five.

Let’s head into course 6 “The Entrepreneurship Policy Process” where you will learn about designing a policy process. This course provides practical guidance and a clear framework to develop entrepreneurship policies through a participatory process. It is a step-by-step approach outlining key steps to successfully design, adopt, implement, and monitor entrepreneurship policies. This course is building on existing tools and methodologies as well as recent policy research and analysis related to entrepreneurship and innovation policy development. It also builds on the key learnings from the experiences of African countries who went through this process, such as Senegal, Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

This course is supported by the African European Digital Innovation Bridge (AEDIB). AEDIB is a transformative initiative bridging the digital gap between Africa and Europe. Through strategic partnerships, capacity-building programs, and networking opportunities, AEDIB facilitates the exchange of ideas and expertise, empowering entrepreneurs, startups, and policymakers to harness the power of digital innovation for sustainable development.
